   Im just wondering if its possible to make a block act like a ladder so you can climb it. If yes how?

   No, not in the specific example with ladders. The client handles climbing when there is a ladder-block.

   You could make a block turn into a ladder(or have one appear where the player is) when a player is on/against it and then turn back when the player is off it
