First off, getting the exact model of your Arris router would be helpful. Telling us with mild detail what you've already tried would also help, so that we don't waste our time telling you to do things you've already done :)

  3. Ive noticed that most of them are really similair. Aswell as the website is the same across all routers, which is why i thought leaving out wouldnt be a big deal. Also Ive restarted my router, re port forwarded and switched computers and even made a new server. I cant figure it out. What else should i tell u, lemme know :D

You failed to answer both questions properly :p

Try this (since I have an Arris router too ;)) :
Log in to your ISP panel.
    Click on Firewall: http://puu.sh/jivdw/1c4f2d6197.png
    Click on Virtual Servers: http://puu.sh/jivhD/fd528a84c8.png
    Click add: http://puu.sh/jivzy/410d058264.png
    Type this information: http://puu.sh/jivAR/69a7af7a3a.png
Replace 192.168.0.2 with the IPv4 address from the internet adapter you use (I use ethernet, so it said Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection) when you type ipconfig in your command prompt: http://puu.sh/jivDv/79d4b70c23.png (It should look something like 192.168.x.x)

Shouldn't need to do port triggers. Try removing that?

Do not bump your post within 24 hours of replying on the thread.

As you can see I've tried to help you, and it hasn't fixed your problem. I'm currently unsure of what to do, so that's why I haven't helped you further. And "the big deal" is that it's against the rules. Rule #3: No Spam/Advertising/Bumping and Duplicate threads

"Bumping a thread more often than once every 24 hours. Your thread is not any more important than anyone elses."

Read it for yourself if you'd like: http://bukkit.org/help/terms

If I somehow think of anything else that may help, other than me giving you directions on how you're supposed to do it (that somehow didn't work) then I'll let you know. In the mean time, it wouldn't hurt to call your ISP and ask them if there are some special instructions on how to do it.

Actually, why don't you post a picture of your Virtual Servers list, as that may help.

Could you post the Firewall Settings too? It's right above Virtual Servers :) As long as your internal IP is 192.168.0.2, then it should be working.
