pom.xml problem on decompiling?

Hi all,

So I was trying to decompile this plugin for editing it for my new server. But things weren't going smoothly.
I right now have some weird problems with the pom.xml that I can't seem to fix.

At the first line of the pom, it says this:

I've never used Maven before with a decompiled plugin.

Hopefully you guys know any way to fix it.

You can't decompile others plugins for your own use here.

 

Not even if I give them credits?
