And a Distance around to only hear it, As in if they were to talk in the radio only people in the distance "20" blocks around them to hear it. @Y1ght with "hear" you mean hear like as a voice, or just the chat? And also, I'm not sure if I understand the command correctly. As far as I understand your concept is, that every player that holds this radio item in their hand and start using the chat, only those with the radio in their hand within 20 blocks will see the actual messages sent?(IF this was meant for using the chat)
Let's just say, It's like a /msg command but people around can hear it too and people with item can hear the message no matter what.
