Plugin to restrict certain enchantments

I've spent the last 30 minutes or so scanning bukkit.org, bukkit dev and google for a plugin that can restrict certain enchantments (such as Sharpness and Protection) from being made.

Can someone help me find a plugin that does this?

Tons of plugin like jEnchant allow enchanting through commands and allow you to restrict permission to use the commands, but I haven't found a plugin that fundamentally blocks certain enchantments vanilla style.
