Plugin to change the percent(%) of EXP each permissions group gets?

Is there such a plugin? I've been looking around google, the forums and bukkitdev for the past hour, can't seem to find a thing.

What I'd like is a plugin to set the amount of EXP each PermissionsEx group gets in %. This would allow me to have regular members get 1x EXP, and possibly VIP members to get 2x the regular EXP.

Would be extremely useful for me, if anybody knows such a plugin, I'd appreciate it if you could tell me the name, thanks.
