Plugin that sends a request when a player takes damage

    Suggested name: HTTPOnDamage

    What I want: I need to trigger an arduino device by http request when a certain player takes damage. I think that the plugin should have a small config with the nickname of player, URL, and all it should do is, when the player takes damage send a simple HTTP GET request to that URL.

    Ideas for permissions: no permissions.
