plugin that gives a command for one time use

Hey there guys,

I am looking fora plugin which is kind of like redeem codes and what this does is simply you enter a code and gives you a permission for one time use. For example:
/redeem cm1

*redeems command 1 and gives player the permission /give*

/give lookatmego dirt 1
*gives 1 dirt and takes the /give permission away since it has been used*

Im not sure if there is a plugin like this already, ive done some looking around. Any help would be nice thanks
