plugin request

Hey, can anyone create a plugin based on the cubecraftgames server. The assassins game mode. I would really like that mini game on my server and i was wondering if anyone could maybe look into it.
and if you dont know what assassins is, its a gamemode where you spawn in a random location on a map and you are givin by default a leather chestplate, wood sword, and 2 bread. and you find chest around the map that contain coins that you use for buying upgrade in a shop such as a potion shop,armor shop, sword shop, and food shop. And the shop is in a chest GUI. And its all pvp and when you go into the shop buildings you cant die but your food usage goes up. And the chest spawn with random amounts of coins. and when you press on a chest it disappears and re spawns after about a minute.
Coin Currency
Charcoal (Dark Coin) - $1
Gold Nugget (Gold Coin) - $5
Ghast Tear(Platinum Coin) -$10
I hope someone looks into this
