Plugin Request! Need A HCF Spawn plugin!

Name: HCFSpawn
What it does?: Makes a barrier around spawn (safezone) that has pvp to deny and no way of harming eachother, but when you walk out and begin to pvp you are combat now tagged, meaning you cannot be tagged & walk back into the safezone if you try to a wall will be generated with red stained glass. the red stained glass is not permanent, just temporary glass will be removed when you get away from the safezone, when your not tagged you may walk in and out.
Dependencies: [worldedit, worldguard] so you can set safezone
Combat Tag ? Find a plugin, don't matter just has to have a 60sec timer for being tagged.
