Plugin/Permissions Problem

Here's what happened:
Everything is fine. I shut down server, install MinecartMania, remove craftbook vehicles, add nocheat, and update WeatherSync. I mad zero changes to my permissions file.

Now, nobody, except OP, can do anything. Left clicking blocks, trying commands, nothing. Whenever they click blocks, it says they have no permissions. I reverted the server back to the way it was before I added MM, still it happens.

Any help on this? My server has to be shut down until this is fixed.

Edit: I changed the name of the default group w/o fixing inheritance a while ago. Never took effect until restart, so that's why this occurred.
