   I dont like asking for plugin names but I have looked around a little bit and cant find this plugin.
   
   This plugin is on hypixels server and some others. You right click a item and it opens a chest but it has only one line. Then you can click the items and it will teleport you.

   I doubt this is exactly what you're looking for, but you can do something similar (bind commands to items) with the plugin CraftBook. It's the closest thing to the plugin (of course, the plugin could have been made by somebody on that server.
