plugin for world change

    hi on my online server i have two world uploaded so obv i need to change off one to get on the other im just wonderin if there is a pluggin so i can make i dunno like a portal to take me to the other world or maybe a command. generaly just want the best one for it really

    I use MultiVerse, that works pretty well.
