Plugin for Estus Flask esque thing?

I am interested in making a sort of Estus Flask system, where you get 5 charges of healing every time you "rest", but the charges never go above 5.

Does anyone know of any sort of plugin that can do this? Even if it's roundabout like a command sign that somehow wipes out all old charges and gives 5 new ones.
