plugin for easy uniform regions on large scale

    Im trying to set up flatmap with simple uniform 50x50 regions with a 4 block median (path) between regions. Can anyone recommend a plugin where defining the regions will not have to to be done individually. We plan to allow players to claim each region.
    Can anyone recommend a plugin to do this quickly?
