Plugin for creating tall grass/flowers on grass blocks.

Anyone know plugin for that?
Or some tricks with VoxelSniper?

I only know that bukkit have //overlay command, but that will place flowers on trees instead on grass below trees leaves

So I need something that add commands or brushes (better) to place flowers/tall grass.
Any plugin for that? :< Or I must create it...

If I don't find it until the weekend...then I write it by myself But currently I don't have time for that...
And also... I don't want write it, if it already exist
