Plugin Help Plotme Error/Help

I have this error which shows up every time a player a player moves around in my Creative world or uses commands such as /plotme home | /plotme auto etc.

What is the cause of this? I tried updating and doing similar things which others who've had this problem have done but no luck, the config is pretty much at default settings.

Separate question: If I wanted to increase the size of my plots, after changing the numbers in the config would it affect buildings which are currently on the plots? I.e if I make the plot sizes twice as large what will happen? Thanks

Be sure to READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS because you need to make a manual config file change.
You may also need to update WorldEdit.
