"/plotme done" this is not a plot world

when i use the command /plotme done its says its not a plotworld. i am opped and even people who have the command permitted for their group, cant use it. i checked the command on plotme plugin page and it said plotme.use.done and i checked my perm and its the same. i dont get whats wrong then? can someone help me? thanks
