Please Help ! Portals are greifing the server by a glitch!

Okay so this is CRAZY!!!
I made a portal and i walk through it, it says "Generating a exit portal" and makes a random portal somewhere in the map of the other world !!! It made one ontop of some person's house !!

It just keeps making random portals all over the place on peoples house ! what is this !
Some one please tell me why its doing this and how I change it !
The only plugins I have are,
WorldGuard,
WolrdEdit,
Essentials
But none of them should do that ??
I got a few others but they really shouldnt do that ! And I need help fast !
I'm going to get rid of all my plugins and try it again soon, But i'm pretty sure it will still do the same thing ! because none of my plugins would do that !

 

This is something you must live with while using the default Minecraft nether solution.

 

How do i shut it off ??? beacuse im NOT going to live with this !!!

 

If it is the nether you are talking about, type in "nether" into the plugin search on this website.

Or get a multi-world manager like xcraftgate which allows creation of a separate nether world.
