Please Help, Friends Unable To Connect To Server

Hi, I recently decided to make a small bukkit server for fun and just to mess around on but I can't seem to get anyone to join the server

They say their games can't even find the server and nothing shows up. I was able to view the server on another mc account on the same computer but I don't know why it won't show up for anyone else.

I used a specific tutorial to make the server
Atm my ip is "xxx.us.to" same format as in the video

I have a few plugins installed and all seem to be compatible so Idk whats going on. Im using the latest build btw for 1.7.

Thanks for replying, I port forwarded for a cisco router using www.portforward.com

People still can't seem to connect
