/playsound the entire world for ambient music

I'm making a server and I want to be able to play custom sounds to all players on the server, currently using /playsound only allows you to play sounds at players current locations, as soon as the players start moving around the location of the sound changes,

I want the sound to keep playing at the player's exact location or have it played globally,

I will be using this to play songs around 5mins long as a type of ambient music.

Just found out that if you run /playsound through a command block you can set the vol to any value you want, so if you set it to something like "100000" then it will play for all players everywhere they go
