Players Spawn with armor

Hello! Me and some friends have been working on a new server for about 2 months now and we are almost finished we have everything set up accept like 2 or 3 plugins i thought of my self but i could int find them. :/ I hope there is somebody nice enough out there that could make me a plugin.
On my server is groups of people
Ex. Guard,Prisoner
And i need a plugin so that guards spawn with Chainmail armor and they cant take it off and i need a way to set the enchantment And a way so ONLY!!!! guards on spawn this this armor.

Use Essentials and add a kit that people can get when they spawn

I cant belive it! I was just looking at your plugin armorlock and i was thinking of getting it but it was missing some stuff i needed so if you could please do that for me i would appreciated it.
What i need is so i can set who gets the armorlock (guards). I also would need a way so i can pick what kind of armor they spawn witch and what enchatment (i was thinking of prot 3-4 chainmail) And so they cant take it off. (i have 3 types of guards 1.Trainee(training to be a guard gets prot 2) 2. guard witch gets prot 3. and like a super guards (idk of a name for them yet but they get prot 4) I almost forgot i also would like it when a guard dies they drop iron armor is that possible?

Added all the features you asked for, everything is configurable
Keep an eye on the dev bukkit page to get the plugin once it is approved, and for an updated plugin description on how to use the new features (permissions, and configuration)

Ok well i have no idea if i'm doing something wrong but when i put the plugin in my plugin folder and do /pl (/plugins) on the server it does not show up and if i try to add the commands in to permissions and it does not work :/ please help

yes i am also all of my other plugins are working idk maby if i gave you the ip of the server you could figure it out or is it something im doing wrong?

I also don't seem to have the plugin even though it's in the correct folder. It's as if it doesn't even exist, and it doesn't generate a config file, I had to open the armorlock plugin itself with WinRar, and only then could i find the config.yml. Here it is, if it helps at all:

Can you do multiple Enchants?
