Solved Players keep getting unjustly disconnected for spam. HOW TO DISABLE???? Please help :(

Hello I have recently started a Creative server it is awesome and running smoothly howerver, there is one small problem... Players keep getting disconnected for spam, for typing too fast and not even spamming. Can someone tell me how to disable this?
Here is the text that shows up when player get disconnected: Disconnect.spam
I think only people without "op" or the - '*' permission node get's disconnected I believe (may be wrong, but it has never happened to me only other player)

Ah yes, i had the same problem about a month ago.

i think it was BKCommonLib which was causing the problem, and removing it solved it

Nope I deleted it. people still get disconnected

disconnect.spam is a problem with:
BKCommonLib & NoLagg <-- Removing them both should fix it, it did for me.
