Solved Players get teleported to spawn when they join.

So my problem is basically the exact same as this: https://bukkit.org/threads/players-get-teleported-to-spawn-when-they-join.296180/

But the issue that fixed their problem "Anti-Spam" Plugin, which I do not have...

My plugin list is the picture I have attached.

If any more INFO is needed please reply.

Try temporarily removing all plugins from you server. Does that fix the problem? If so, one of the plugins is causing it. From there, slowly re-add each plugin until the problem occurs again, in which case, post which plugin it is.

EDIT: I have fixed it! Thank you for the idea! The problem was the plugin JoinCommands!
