   Hi i'm new to bukkit and i can't seem to get my warps to work
   if someone could help with a fast fix i'm running on 1.13 and i use pex and i can't seem to get it working..

   Maybe they don't have permissions to use signs.

   It's fixed thanks for everyone that helped. but the issue was, the group didnt give the permissions i put them to, i had to give every permission to every single person my self
