Plugin Help Players Cant Teleport

I have come upon a bug which stops players from teleporting if they are too far away from where they are getting tpd to. They have to be within 15 blocks in order to teleport to a place for some reason. This happends when people try to tp with multiverse, tp with /plot visit or /plot home but /warp is fine
