Problem/Bug Players can access to /crate (crateplus)

Help ! i dont know how to fix the plugin crate plus people can use /crate whitout even have op how do i fix it

i mean they get free key from /crate and i want to stop it

like modify the claims etc i am running it in 1.7.10
