Alright, here goes. Essentially, what I want to happen, is have creepers only be able to explode (and damage the terrain, if they just hurt people, that's fine...) when certain players are online. I know this sounds somewhat ridiculous, but I mainly want this because my server has a guest group which has no build permissions, and if they accidentally get something blown up when no one is online, then there will be no one around that will know about it or to fix the hole. (This would be especially problematic with chests getting blown up -- a lot items could be easily lost.) I'd like it if the way to determine whether a player enables creeper-explosions to be a permissions node, but a list of players in the .config file would be alright.
