Player Description

Suggested name: PlayerDesc

What I want: I want a plugin that allows you to set a description for yourself. (For Roleplaying) The way you'll be able to view others would be simply right-clicking them, or shift + Right-click. The default message that will show when someone hasn't set their description will be "Player has not yet set their description!" (this could be configurable ?!?!)

Ideas for commands:
/setdesc
/viewdesc

Ideas for permissions: playerdesc.use (allows you to set desc and view others)
