Player data reset

    I have made my server and use magma to use both plugins and mods. So I made my server set up commands and everything is perfect but there is a major problem. When I play on server everything is fine but when I disconnect from server and log in again then my inventory and achievements all are gone and I get to the world spawn point and loose everything. This is so frustating and I thought that Essential X plugin made it so I deleted that server and tried it again and same issue happened. Please help me this so frusterating but when I put item in chest it remains there so I think that there is some problem with player data.
    I think my player data does not get saved please help me
