    There's still a lot of unanswered questions here, and if they're not answered it's likely the plugin won't be made.

    scenecraft Please answer all of the questions, we are not able to help you if you won't tell us everything.
    1. What is the XML file for? Could you give an example?
    2. What would get the players to play on your server instead of the original server? ( who already have the plugin ), kinda waste of time if you create a huge plugin when it won't be used.
    Not answering with the right answer will probably result in that you won't get any devs for this.

    Xml is completely different from MySQL, you still haven't gave us an example yet.
