BoomScoom Honestly, I have not used PermissionsEX in a long time. You should try EssentialsGroupManager, it is much more user friendly.

Hmm...well the general formatting of the file looks correct and I don't see any errors when I put it through the YAML parser. The only thing I could see that might possibly be wrong with it is you could try removing the hyphenations from some of your group names, like change Head-Mod to HeadMod instead. Other than that...oh, there's something in your users section that may or may not be an issue. A lot of your users have their group defined in two different areas. See? As far as I know, you don't want the options section one. If you really want to be sure which one is the right one though, just remove them both and use the /pex commands through the console to put yourself in the right group, then check to see where PEX itself put it.
BoomScoom That sounds like it never even loaded properly then. Do you still get the error message on startup that was in your first post on this thread? I'm trying to figure it out, but it isn't the standard you-messed-up-your-perms error that most people get.

BoomScoom Oh, so you're using the Spigot 1.8 fork thing? I think they gave a link for a PEX version that works with that over here. Haven't used it personally since I'm still on an old CraftBukkit, so can't verify if it works or not. Edit: just pointing out that where I found the link also mentions that it was a modification made by the Spigot team and is not supported by the plugin's original developers. So...yeah, no idea if it works or not. Use at your own risk.

Oh, well then nevermind that link up there. Not sure if it even worked anyway. Which PEX version did you downgrade to that works now? Just curious since I wasn't aware that the latest PEX didn't work with CB 1.7.10.
