Look your permissions through slowly. Many permission nodes is not on line. EDIT: Bumping is only allowed every 24 hours

You are using the wrong single quote character from what I can see. I put it in the online parser and changed them to the correct one. It worked. http://pastebin.com/ef7vthyp try that.
