Pex not showing prefixes

hello guys i was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem im having with pex....

whats happening is my prefixes arnt showing up and i have no idea why. one second they where working and one second it isnt

and now factions isnt working either.....

whenever i download factions it dosntwork then pex dosnt work then when i delete factions pex works again

what happens is in factions when i add a world to not add factions power pvprules and stuff it gets rid of ranks and factions itself

Factions takes Priority for the chat format.
It somewhere in the MCcore files in the main folder of the server.

whenever i go to mstore and mconf theres something where you can disable factions on differnt worlds when i add one to the list it gets rid of ranks {pex} and factions itself

Did you have a 1.8 server before? If so, did the plugins work fine on there?

 

no iv never had a 1.8 server with factions iv always had my factions server 1.9

 

Okay... Can you post your server log?

 

ik im gonna sound like a noob saying this....... but how do i get my server log?

btw i use beastnode

If you use Beastnode you also have acces to FTP ,program called Filezella. AFTER you have downloaded the plugin and connected to your server you will see a folder Logs and inside that its the file called Latest.log

EDIT: The first time you paid for the server you may of got an email from Beastnode with your FTP login,
If you dont know how to connect to it,reply here and i will explain

I am not sure that we will be able to resolve this issue over the forums even if we have your server log. Without being on your server, I couldn't tell you why the plugins aren't working, as they should work given the circumstances. If you would like further assistance directly on your server, private message me.

 

To be Honest, i i see that log i feel myself like 2 years back,i would recommend solving ALL errors/issues the console gives you before getting new pluginns in to your server. but thats just my opinion
