(PEX) my pex is enabled but does not work properly

    hello i seem to be having trouble with pex it oads correctly as the log shows and it also runs commands in game yet none of the prefixes or suffexs work nor any of the permissions given aswell as not setting a default group. here is the paste bin for my pex file; http://pastebin.com/78g26jGd this is my first time making a pex file yet. please help. also the loading log from the server; http://pastebin.com/VjMZM89C
    other info:
    version: Spigot 1.8
    pex version: PermissionsEx-1.23.1
