Question PEX Multiple Prefixes

I want to make it so if a player has, for example, 2 different groups that both have their own prefix, he will get both of them.

For example, if I have a player MOD and VIP, he only will have a prefix of the group to which he was recently added. Can I make it so he will have

[VIP] [MOD] Human: hello!

instead of only

[MOD] Human: hello!

 

you can use the plugin simple prefixes and with that you can do ./spr prefix user <Player> Vip if there a mod but keep them on each pex group so they have the perms. Hope that helps!

Is there a way to not use additional plugins?..
Also I don't want to set a player their prefix, I want to set them to a group which gives them the prefix. Just so nothing gets messy.

I attempted to use essentials to where if they have a donor group (for example), I make their essentials chat looks like

[THEIR GROUP] {Displayname}: hEy WoRlD!!!

but if they are in 2 groups essentials gets sad and does nothing
