Plugin Help Pex is disabled

    ok pex is down and the only error im getting is this
    Error: Permissions manager is not accessible. Is the PermissionsEx plugin enabled?
    I dont know what else to do when you do /pl permissionsex is red so what do i do to fix it here is my pex file

    @Johnkakminecraft Line 10 to 52 are missing a space between the dash and the permission

    @timtower ok i will put spaces there and see if it works

    Still not working
