Question PEX for CoreProtect and Command Spy

Hi!

A few mates and I decided to run a server so we could all play together. It's a 100% vanilla server but with 2 plugins, core project and command spy. Long story short, the owner is a bit sketchy but he's the only one who can run the server!! We've caught him cheating and were about to reset the whole server because of it. We installed core protect to make sure no one was stealing and command spy to make sure the owner wasn't cheating... Anyway, he claims that we can't use command spy or check our chests because were not op so, I was wondering if there was a way to write a permissionsEX file so us non-op players can play and know he's not cheating!!

I'd appreciate any help or advice you're willing to give, Thanks a lot!

Give the specific player/group the permission to view it.
