PerWorldPlugins for 1.7.10

Can anyone please make a plugin similar to PerWorldPlugins which is for 1.7.10? My server is 1.7.10, I tried the PerWorldPlugins plugin (1.7.9) which did not work D: I need it to be 1.7.10. Tanks! If you can help me make it, heres my skype: <removed>

Suggested Plugin Name: PluginPerWorld

Commands: No commands ( You could make commands which I can use to disable plugins in a specific world in-game)

When I want it: AS soon as possible

What is this about: This plugin can disable specific plugins in specific worlds.
