Whether it is a nether portal, end portal, plugin related portals, your permissions group will be changed. Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin. @MadPark The problem with this is that each permissions plugin uses its own system. Groups aren't standardized, so we can't just set a player's group, or even know which one they have currently. It would probably be easier for you to fiddle with that WorldGuard flag that runs a command when you enter a region.
