Solved PermissionsEx Troubles

    PermissionsEx is working fine for me. But when I restart the server, permissionsEx just vanishes; it doesn't appear as prefixes in chat, the command stops working, and it doesn't appear in /plugins. Everytime I restart the server, I have to delete the user saves and then reinstall the .jar file.
    How do I fix this?

    yeah I just converted to LuckPerms.
