PermissionsEX Problems Please Help

    OK so yesterday I had done all my permissions and they were working fine but then something happened, I don't know what and they weren't working anymore. I checked the server log and it said PermissonsEX has been disabled see logs for reason but I was in the logs and I couldn't find anything. Here are my permissions...
