Solved PermissionsEx permissions error on startup

I'm trying to make an RP server, and have had no problems until now. All I did was change the COLOR on two groups and now its throwing this error:

I used an online parser, and that is the error it throws (same as console for server)

NOTE that it worked before I changed a COLOR code for a group (replaced "2" with "1")

Im stupid. I see my error. Solved by me, thanks if you were gonna help
