Question PermissionsEx per world disable

Hello,
I am making my skript plugin and i found out that if i use my "set prefix" that this will only apply to the world where the command is used. I think this has something to do with PermissionsEx because the prefixes show there and the tablist stays the same. So my question is, is there a way to disable PermissionsEx from setting prefixes in different worlds. Maybe there is a option called: disableperworldprefix for example.
