Problem/Bug PermissionsEX Help

Ok, so I have a problem, I'm making a rankup server, and I'm using EzRanksLite and PermissionsEx
So I've made all ranks and rankups to them.
But I'm having trouble in VIPs because the only way I've notice to get VIPs with rankups
Is to the Lower rank be on top of the VIP like this:


And the problem is when people Buy VIP, the command is "pex user <name> group add VIP", is there anyway to make the Rank be on top of the VIP?
I could make this
/pex user group set VIP | and then /pex user group add Rank
But I don't think exists a variable in Buycraft to get a older rank.
Not even in Pex, so I need help
ASAP!
