Ok, what's up with all of the different permissions? What is the most comonly used Permissions plugin? and can someone linkn me to a wiki or help page on that plugin?

There is the breakdown. PermissionsBukkit The official permissions plugin.. Doesn't support Prefixes or Suffixes. Will need an extra plugin. yml backend. In game commands. bPermissions Support for Prefixes and Suffixes. yml mysql backend. In game commands. Ok permissions plugin imo PEX Lots of ppl use it for some reason. MySQL backend. Not sure about yml GroupManager Easy to use. Need a chat plugin to format your Prefixes and Suffixes. In game commands. Not a whole lot different with each one.. its just preference really. If you know how to write a yml file none of these plugins should be difficult to use. I personally Use GroupManger. I would use permissionsBukkit.. But its not supported by OKB3 forum bridge..
