Permissions.. Please Help!

I recently bought a server from FragNet, and one of the only things that I can't set up, is permissions! I have watched several videos on how to make them. So far, I have edited the permissions.yml by adding new ranks. Im not sure if I even did that right. But here is an example of what I did:
Admin:
prefix: '[Admin]'
suffix: ''
inheritance: 'Mod'
permissions:
Basically that. I had a bit more also. Really I just want to know what to put under the permissions. Im fairly certain an example is: multiverse.teleport.*
I think that means they can use all commands of multiverse. Something like that. So please leave some permissions or even a link that has a bunch and how to set it up if you can!! :3 Thanks!
