[Permissions] KiwiAdmin /command problems

I installed kiwi on my server so I can give moderators the permissions to kick ban etc.. i think there is an interference with another plugin because they can ttype /reloadka (to reload the plugin) but not the /ban or /kick. I have other plugins if this may be effecting this...

if it is a plugin, can u please give me the node to add to permissions?
