   I'm trying to give one of my Staff ranks permission to give a player a donator rank.
   (Granted - permissions.manage.membership.nemesis)
   
   It says "You lack the correct permissions to run this command!"
   
   But when I give them OP they can give a player the rank. I want my staff to be able to give donator ranks without them having OP.

   You aren't getting any errors in your console log right? If so, please post to https://pastebin.com.
   
   Are you sure that is the correct permission node? Double check the plugin page for their permission documentation.
