Permissions and Promoting from PHP

    Ok, so I have my page automaticly posting to the config file after doing verifications, all good and everything, just one issue, they do not show up with that rank in game!

    So is this not the best method? /modgrp resets the server and reloading Permissions does not make the change take effect. Any suggestions? Any better way to promote?
